Cancellation Policy

Massage services are based on the amount of time - all massage services are the same rates. Because rates are based on time, it is appreciated to arrive for your appointment at the scheduled time, or up to 10 minutes prior. If you arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your appointment, please plan to wait outside. Extension of Time: If the schedule allows, you may be able to extend the time while in-session, with the consent of your healer. Late Arrival: We fully understand the challenges of Los Angeles traffic, and want your journey to your massage session to be as smooth and peaceful as possible. Please arrive safely, and in divine timing - call or text if you'll be more than 10 minutes late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened and/or cancelled, and a fee of $20 per 15 minutes will be added to your session.
